“We will try to add new possibilities to what K-water does, building upon what our predecessors have achieved over the past 58 years. By adding innovation to devotion and learning to caring, we will bring greater diversity to K-water.”

The H1 2025 Onboarding Program ran from February 28 to March 21. A total of 205 new employees participated in the program and had a variety of hands-on training sessions and experiences to enhance their understanding of K-water’s businesses. The program helped them integrate smoothly into K-water and build the solid career foundation they need to become a full-fledged member of K-water.
The program consisted of useful sessions including the introduction to K-water’s history and vision, “Understanding K-water” that focuses on K-water’s key businesses and corporate culture, “Career Development with K-water,” and “Job Simulation,” a tool to boost job performance. In particular, “Water for New Members of K-water(신입의 한 수水)” has been greatly expanded to help new employees have an idea of what their job is about and prepare them to perform their job as quickly as possible. This year, the program has also introduced AI-based creative activities. In celebration of World Water Day, they used AI and created a paper-based campaign poster that features the value of water, the role of K-water, and their career plans, which helped boost their sense of loyalty and pride. After two rounds of review and deliberation, the judging panel announced Team 2, “We’ll Add New Colors,” as the first prize winner. Team 2 declared their ambition to add new colors and new possibilities to what K-water does. Having completed the 3-week training program, they are ready and excited to make a fresh start and build a wonderful career with K-water.
